It varies depending on product ordered.  We provide free shipping in USA for certain items.

Payment methods include PayPal and credit cards via Authorize.net.

Using Authorize.net is one of the securist ways to make a payment with a credit card.  Otherwise we do offer PayPal as well.

PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

1) After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click and check out with PayPal. Then you will leave our site and enter PayPal’s website.
2) You can sign in to your PayPal account, or you can create a new one if you haven’t got one.
3) You can use the PayPal as you want according to the on-screen instructions.

Usually, PayPal e-check will take 3-5 business days to be confirmed by PayPal.

Shipping time will vary by location.  We will make every effort to process orders as timely as possible.  Max delivery time is 45 business days.  As we get started there may be some small delays in delivery.

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing))
  • you receive the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you’ve received (but you must return the item and the item must be unused)
  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
